The chicken breast meatballs have no breading or flour. A few seasonings, onion, garlic and some good quality mayonnaise make them tender, juicy and light. We personally love pouring this gravy over some gluten free spaghetti and serving it with roasted asparagus. It creates such a well rounded meal and it is my go to for a postpartum meal train.
