GF Chicken Kotleti

These delicious meat patties are a Ukrainian dish.

Recipes throughout homes vary in terms of what meat is used. I grew up watching my mom always make them with ground chicken breast. They are juicy, tender, and can be served with just about anything.

With mashed potatoes or buttered baby potatoes and a salad.

With alfredo pasta and asparagus.

With rice, mushroom gravy and garlic green beans.

With buckwheat pilaf and a salad.

It’s a versatile and mighty little pattie that is soooooo affordable and easy to make. And it is one we eat on a weekly basis.

Typically it is made with bread crumbs or soaked bread. Our recipe however is gluten free with a couple of tablespoons of GF flour and makes about 16 patties total.
